Spike Spiegel is a bounty hunter that travels the universe with a rag-tag group of misfits on board the Bebop. He is a rather easy-going guy with no real goals it appears, sort of just drifting lazily along in space trying to get by and get rich quick with his bounties.
He is a former member of the Red Dragon crime syndicate, where he faked his death to escape with his lover and ultimately betray his best friend Vicious. The ploy fell through and his lover, Julia, did not leave with him.
Ever since, Spike has been passively avoiding his past working aboard the Bebop, using his many talents to aid his adventures in bounty hunting.
He has the fighting style Jeet Kune Do as created by Bruce Lee, particularly efficient skills in weaponry, and acute eyesight which may be attributed to his one cybernetic eye.

So let's all try to place nice, okie dokie? I realize some of the stuff I write may not be everyone's cup o' tea, but we all have our differences, you know?
